Radio and TV In 2003, Marilyn Peake ran an advertisement in "Radio-TV Interview Report". This ad covered two topics: her book, The Fisherman's Son, and her ability to speak as a psychologist about the problem of overscheduled children. As a result of these RTIR ads, Marilyn was interviewed by "Teen People" Magazine for background information for an article on teenagers' schedules. She was also interviewed on the following radio shows: On Monday, August 25, at 8:30 A.M. MST, Marilyn Peake was interviewed on "The Morning Bulletin" show on KBUL radio, broadcasting from Billings, Montana. She was interviewed about the problem of overscheduled children and about her book, THE FISHERMAN'S SON. On Wednesday, August 20, at 7:40 A.M. CST, Marilyn was interviewed on 550 KTRS radio, an affiliate of ABC, broadcasting from St. Louis, Missouri. She was interviewed on "The KTRS Morning Show." On Tuesday, August 19, at 11:05 A.M. Marilyn was interviewed about overscheduled children in a segment entitled "Speaking of Education." On Tuesday, August 12, at 2:20 P.M. EST, Marilyn was interviewed on the "Early Afternoon with Kevin Vandenbroek" show on WKZO radio. WKZO broadcasts from Kalamazoo, Michigan.
